OUR STORY

Since 2020, Art Scene has enjoyed a double life, satisfying the requirements of talented local artists while serving coffee, cakes, brunch and lunch.

In 2024 we are putting our focus on bringing you great authentic Neapolitan food with our expanded brunch and lunch menus as well as the Italian bistro nights as Saverio takes the reins to bring you some hearty culinary delights.

The daytime menu offers a range of light bites, panini, delicious cakes and Italian coffee while the evening bistro menu includes classic Italian favourites with tempting starters, perfect pastas, and speciality chicken dishes. More of Saverio’s creations are on the specials board. Saverio, a chef for over 30 years, can satisfy the appetites of vegetarians, vegans and those requiring gluten-free options. We invite you to bring your favourite bottle of vino to enjoy with your meal (£5 corkage charge).

Art Scene is a popular place for families and groups of friends to hold private functions, catering for around 20 diners, available Monday to Wednesday.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy the Art Scene experience and there’s no need to leave the furry member of the family at home as we are dog friendly.

We may have said goodbye to the art supplies side of the business but the link with the art world continues with regular exhibitions by local artists and creative workshops will recommence in the autumn 2024.

You can find out more about upcoming events or book your Creative Celebration on our events page. I mustn’t forget to mention our Lego printing and paper creative activities, great for children’s celebration events.

Art Scene really is multifunctional small space with big ideas.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Fabulous Italian hot chocolate, gorgeous cakes, and browsing the art supplies. Friendly, chatty staff. Can’t wait to go back

Had a lovely dinner here today on my way back home after a day of pampering. I had the veg sausage roll served with a wonderful and flavourful salad and a cappuccino . The sausage roll was large perfectly seasoned and very filling. But the real star of the show was the cappuccino! The best Cappuccino I’ve had in Sheffield. Do pay a visit. Service was lovely and efficient and the lady serving was wonderful and polite.

Lovely little art shop, with a surprising amount of supplies for a smaller building. Also has a cafe in front with hot and cold drinks as well as a selection of cakes and biscuits if you want a treat with your drink.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and need refreshments.
